In this video we show you all how we make a healthier pasta salad using quinoa noodles and marinara sauce! We love this for a party because it gives us a healthier option that tastes delicious and lower in points.

  1. Make marinara sauce using the following recipe:

  2. Let marinara sauce cool.

  3. Cook pasta and let cool in fridge for 1 hour.

  4. Dice up carrots and cucumbers

  5. Cut cheese into small chunks

  6. In a bowl, mix pasta, marinara sauce, vegetables, cheese and chopped basil.
