In this video we show you our newest recipe for cream cheese. We have to thank a friend of ours for this idea but we feel it is a game changer for those of us who would like to include cream cheese in our every day foods.


  • 1/2 Cup of Fat Free Greek Yogurt

  • Cheese Cloth

  • Spices of your choosing


  1. Line a bowl with cheese cloth that has been folded into four layers.

  2. Mix the spices with the yogurt add the this mixture to the cheese cloth bowl and cover.

  3. Refrigerate for 2 days.

  4. Drain excess liquid every few hours.
