Chocolate Tart

In this video we show you how we make our 1 point Chocolate Tarts. Not liked by Nick (he doesn't like chocolate, I know weird), but loved by Jean-Luc and so easy to make!

Points: 1 Point Per Tart


Ingredients:

  • Phillo Dough

  • Chocolate Pudding Mix (Low Fat)

  • 3/4 Cup Cashew Milk (or Soy or Almond)

Instructions:

Tart Shell:

  1. Take 1 sheet of phillo dough.

  2. Fold the dough into 4 and cut into 4 pieces.

  3. Line a muffin tin and then bake at 375F for 10 minutes until golden.

  4. Let cool.

Filling:

  1. Prepare package of fat free chocolate pudding using 3/4 cup of cashew milk instead of regular recipe.

  2. Mix Well.

Assembling:

  1. Fill tart shells with the pudding.

  2. Top with a spoonful of whip cream.
