    In this recipe we use the two ingredient dough recipe and sweeten it up by wrapping it around chopped cinnamon apples. A delicious dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth! Ingredients: Two Ingredient Dough 2 Apples 1 Lemon Cinnamon 2 Tbsp of Sugar Free Syrup Instructions: Prepare 2-ingredient dough using only half of the dough [see recipe]. Let dough sit overnight in fridge. In a bowl, cut large apple into cubes. Add juice of one lemon, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of salted caramel syrup. Let mixture marinate overnight. Roll out the dough and cut into 9 squares. Fill each square with a spoonful of apple mixture. Fold over the dough and pinch the edges. Repeat for each one. Add water (1/3 cup should do). Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until all crystals are dissolved. Use a syringe and fill molds. Refrigerate for at least 30 min. Points: 6 Points Per Cup (Cooked) Ingredients: 4 Cups of Broth (Chicken, Vegetable or Beef) 2 Cups of Dry Quinoa Clubhouse Sriracha & Lime Clubhouse Garlic Plus Clubhouse Garlic & Roasted Red Pepper Sriracha Instructions: Mix quinoa, water, vegetable Bovril (or you can use any broth) until well mixed. Add spices and stir again. Add sriracha and stir well. (add sparingly). Put in oven-safe casserole bowl with lid. Bake in oven at 400 F for 15 to 20 minutes. Points: 4 Points (or the points per pita you buy) Ingredients: Pita Bread Olive Oil Spray Spices (Of Your Choosing) Instructions: Take 1 pita bread cut into 8 pieces using scissors. Split pita breads apart. Lay parchment paper on baking sheet followed by the pita pieces. Lightly spray with olive oil spray Sprinkle with any spice you like. Bake at 375F for 5 minutes or until crispy and brown (Keep an eye the first time you bake it to make sure the time works for your own oven) For a dessert chip, sprinkle with Splenda brown sugar and cinnamon. Spray mini muffin tin with non-stick spray. Using a spoon, take spoonful and drop into mini muffin tins Bake at 325F for 20 minutes (do not overbake).
