    Original Air Date: March 5th 2019 In this video we show you how we make our 0 point Mini Breakfast Quiche. We usually make a batch on the weekends and have 2 or 3 for breakfast every morning. It is a very versatile recipe and a good way to start your day! Set aside. Spray frying pan with cooking spray. Add spinach and wilt. Add broccoli and seasoning. Line your muffin tin with silicone mold. Spoon the spinach and broccoli mixture into mini muffin tin so each portion has some in it. Pour in the egg mixture into each cup to fill them up. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes until firm and golden.     Original Air Date: February 28th 2019 In this video we share how we make pierogies from scratch using cauliflower as the stuffing instead of potatoes. The entire recipe is 43 points but when split, it makes each pierogi 1.5 to 2 points each!! These pierogies can also be frozen and used for subsequent meals! Points: 1.5 to 2 Points Per Pierogi Ingredients: Stuffing: Cauliflower Spinach 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic Parsley Garlic Powder Clubhouse Roasted Pepper & Garlic Clubhouse Garlic Plus 1/4 Cup Of Nordica Smooth Cottage Cheese (1 Point) 1/2 Cup/60g Of Glabani Pizza Mozzarella Light (4 Points) Dough (from Gourmet Magazine 2004): 1 Egg 3 Cups All Purpose Flour (36 Points) 1 Cup of Water 1 Tsp Salt 2 Tsps of Olive Oil (2 Points) Instructions: Makes 38 pierogies Dough: Must sit for 1 hour Take 3 cups of flour and make a well (centre hole) In the center, add one large egg, 1 cup of water, 1 tsp of salt and 2 tsp of olive oil. Mix egg and water together and then incorporate the flour forming a dough. Knead with hands on floured surface until well mixed. Cover with a bowl and let rest for an hour. Filling: Boil a head of cauliflower and then mash once soft. Saute minced garlic and a few handfuls of  spinach until spinach is wilted. Add to mashed cauliflower. Add ¼ cup mozzarella and ½ cup cottage cheese. Sprinkle Parsley flakes, garlic powder, roasted garlic and red pepper and garlic plus to taste. Build Pierogies: Roll out dough with rolling pin Cut out rounds with a glass. Fill each round with a spoonful of filling mixture. Fold over the dough and pinch the edges. Boil Pierogies: Take shallow casserole and bring water to a boil. Drop pierogies in water. The pierogies will sink and will float to the top once cooked Once floating, let sit for 5 minutes. (You can freeze them at this point by carefully keeping them apart with plastic wrap or wax paper) Cook Pierogies: In a large frying pan, add 3 diced slices of turkey bacon, mushrooms, spinach and onions. Let cook for 3 minutes Add pierogies to mixture and cook until pierogi is golden than flip over to cook other side.     Original Air Date: February 21st 2019 In this video we share with you our first Kodiak muffin recipe! We had some raspberries that were too ripe to eat so we decided to try out the Kodiak mix! We ended up making some pretty delicious raspberry muffins for 1 point each! Use this recipe and adapt it to your own taste and portion size! Points: 1 Point Per Muffin Ingredients: 1/4 Cup Of Brown Sugar (12 Points) 1/4 Cup Of Greek Yogurt 2 Cups Of Kodiak Mix (20 Points) 1 Cup Of Cashew Milk (1 Point) 1 Egg 1 Container of Raspberries Instructions: Mix all ingredients excluding the raspberries in a bowl until smooth. For those of you who want a lasagna, nothing beats homemade noodles and they were so easy to make! Points: 11 Points Per Lasagna Ingredients: Noodles: 2 Cups of Whole Wheat Flour (24 Points) 2 Eggs 1/4 Tsp of Salt Sauce: Using our homemade marinara sauce: https://www.wwgays.com/home/marinara-sauce Lasagna: Spinach Chicken 1/4 Cup of Nordica Smooth 2% Cottage Cheese (1 Point) 1/4 Galbani Pizza Mozzarella Light Cheese (2 Points) 1/2 Tsp of Epicure CCB Spice 1/2 Tsp of Epicure 3 Onion Instructions: Mix the salt in the flour. Add the 2 eggs and mix well. Add a bit of water (a tablespoon at a time) until forms into a dough. Split ball of dough into two and roll out thin and cut out 12 squares. In a pot of boiling water, drop the noodles in and cook until they float (about 1 minute). Set noodles aside. In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup cottage cheese, three onion spice and cheese spice. Set mixture aside. Spray cast iron skillet with non-stick spray. Layer in a cast iron skillet, a spoonful of marinara sauce then one noodle. Add a layer of spinach, cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese Continue to layer remaining ingredients. Bake at 350F for 1/2 hour. Beat 2 eggs and fry in frying pan, chopping as they cook. Once eggs are cooked, add quinoa (or cauliflower rice) and heat through. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Put everything together and serve. Ingredients: 1 Honeycrisp Apple 1 Lemon 1 Tbsp of Brown Sugar Splenda 15ml of Vanilla Syrup 15ml of Caramel Syrup Cinnamon Pink Himalayan Salt 1/3 Cup of Quinoa Flakes 1 Tbsp of Self Raising Flour Instructions: Dice honey crisp apple into cubes. Throw apple into a bowl and add, lemon juice, Splenda brown sugar, vanilla syrup, caramel syrup, cinnamon and salt. Mix all of these ingredients together. To mixture, add quinoa flakes and self-rising flour. Spray two cast iron skillets so they are well coated. Spread mixture into the skillets evenly. Bake at 375F for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. A perfect appetizer for your next get together or good as a side for dinner! Points: 0 Points Ingredients: Meatball: 454g of Lean Ground Turkey 454g of Lean Ground Chicken 1 Egg Garlic Powder Onion Powder Clubhouse Chicken Spice Black Ground Pepper Clubhouse Garlic Plus Clubhouse Roasted Peppers & Garlic Parsley 2 Tsp of Chicken Bovril Sweet & Sour Sauce: Marinara Sauce [recipe: https://www.wwgays.com/home/marinara-sauce] 1/4 Of a Fresh Pineapple (Crushed) 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce Webber Honey Garlic Rub Instructions: In a mixing bowl, add all meatball ingredients.
