  • Salted Caramel Frappuccino

    Original Air Date: January 2nd 2021 Rummaging through my phone we found a video we filmed this past summer. We recorded our recipe for our Salted Caramel "Frappuccino" and never shared it, until now! As you know, we have an obsession with the Starbucks Vanilla Bean Frappuccino and we have a substitute for those days where the cravings are strong, but the points are few and far between. Points: 💚💙💜 (4 point per portion) [Makes 2] Ingredients: 1 Salted Caramel PC Yogurt Bar [💚💙💜 4] 1-1/4 Cup of Cashew Milk [💚💙💜 1] 1/4 Cup of Ice Chips (or amount to make the thickness you wish) 2 Tbsp of Sugar Free Caramel Syrup 1/2 Tbsp of Brown Sugar Splenda 1 Serving of Light Whipped Cream (Optional) [💚💙💜 1] Instructions: In blender, add salted caramel PC yogurt bar, cashew milk, ice. Add 1 tbsp of sugar free caramel syrup Mix in blender until well blended In small bowl, mix brown sugar Splenda with 1 tbsp of sugar free caramel syrup In a tall glass, drizzle portion of caramel syrup created in previous step Fill glass with mixture from blender Top with a small squirt of whipped cream (optional) Top with remaining caramel syrup made in step 4.     Original Air Date: December 5th 2020 In this video, we share our recipe for Chickpea Pesto sauce. We love pesto but the points were always too high. We decided to experiment in the kitchen using chickpeas instead and what we came up with was a low-point version of the sauce. Enjoy! Points: 💚(12 points for entire recipe) 💙💜 (0 points) [Makes 12 Portions] Ingredients: 1 Can of Chickpeas [💚 12 💙💜 0] 1/3 Cup of Greek Yogurt 1 Cup Fresh Basil 2 Tbsp of Garlic Paste 1/4 Cup of Water (may need more) Clubhouse Roasted Red Pepper Clubhouse Garlic and Herb Clubhouse Italiano Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F Peel outer skin from chickpeas and rinse. In a bowl, mix chickpeas with spices and spread onto baking sheet. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. In blender, add chickpeas, yogurt, basil and garlic and 1/4 cup of water. Blend ingredients, add additional water until desired texture. Split sauce into ice cube tray and freeze for easy-to-use 1 point cubes!     Original Air Date: October 31st 2020 In this video, we share our recipe for Turkey & Butternut Squash Spring Rolls. We made these during our live "Cook What You Got" episode and loved it so much that we had to share! A low point option for a delicious appetizer for your next get-together or for a family dinner! Points: 💚(1 point per roll or 2 for 3 points) 💙💜 (1 point for 2 rolls) [Recipe Makes 18 ] Ingredients: Butternut Squash Wonton Wrappers [💚💙💜 9 for 18 wrappers] Olive Oil Spray ½ pkg of Extra Lean Ground Turkey (approx 1/2lb) [💚 14 💙💜 0] 2 Tbsp of Condensed Beef Broth from Knorr (formerly Bovril) Basil Paste Minced Garlic Chili flakes [Optional] Clubhouse Roasted Red Pepper [Optional] Clubhouse Garlic and Herb [Optional] Clubhouse Garlic Onion [Optional] Clubhouse All Herb [Optional] Clubhouse Garlic Plus [Optional] Clubhouse Everything Bagel Seasoning [Optional] Instructions: Butternut Squash: Peel and dice butternut squash into cubes and put into a bowl. Spray squash with olive oil spray. Add spices to your preferred taste. We provided a few spices we used in the ingredients list. Place mixture onto cookie sheet (either stone cookie sheet, or regular cookie sheet with parchment paper). Bake in oven at 400F for 60 minutes. Spring Roll Filling: Add ground turkey to frying pan on medium heat. Add the condensed beef broth and spices to taste. Add squeeze of basil puree and 1 tbsp of minced onions. [Optional] Add chili flakes to taste. Incorporate the squash into the frying pan. Cook until the turkey is completely cooked through. Set aside to cool and sprinkle Clubhouse Everything Bagel Seasoning into mixture. Assembly: On a flat surface, lay out all 18 wonton wrappers in a diamond pattern and fill a small bowl with water. Taking about 1 tablespoon of the filling, put it in the middle of a wonton wrapper and fold up the bottom, then the sides. Dab water on the edge of the remaining corner of the wrapper and finish rolling into the spring roll shape. Baking: Take your spring rolls and add them to your air fryer basket. [Oven can work too, but you will need to keep an eye on them to figure out the cooking time] Spray with olive oil spray and bake at 200 degrees in the air fryer for about 5 minutes, until golden brown. Ingredients: 4 Slices of Turkey Bacon [💚💙💜 4] (check the points of your turkey bacon, we used Maple Leaf Natural Turkey Bacon at 1 point each) 1 Can of Water Chestnuts (small) 1/2 Cup of G Hughes No Sugar Added BBQ Sauce 1 Tbsp of Mrs Butterworth No Sugar Added Syrup 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp Splenda BRown Sugar Clubhouse Maple Bacon Clubhouse Garlic Plus Hot sauce (optional) Instructions: Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts: Cut bacon into smaller portions (we cut length-wise and then width-wise) Wrap each water chestnut with a piece of turkey bacon. Place chestnuts onto cookie sheet with the open end facing down (either stone cookie sheet, or regular cookie sheet with parchment paper) Bake in oven at 350F for 25 minutes (or until your preferred cooking time for bacon) Barbecue Sauce: In small saucepan, add 1/2 cup of bbq sauce. Add 1 Tbsp of Mrs Buttersworth no sugar added syrup and 1 Tbsp of soya sauce. Add 1 Tbsp of Splenda Brown Sugar Add spices and hot sauce to taste. Put on stove at low heat to warm up the sauce.     Original Air Date: June 20th 2020 In this video, we show you a quick low-point way to make chicken lettuce wraps! This recipe is super easy and super versatile and 0 point on blue and purple! Ingredients: 1 Heart of romaine lettuce (or any lettuce you choose) 3 tbsp Caesar salad dressing [recipe: https://www.wwgays.com/post/caesar-salad-dressing] Meat (chicken or turkey) (We used Mediterranean Style Chicken, Smoked Turkey and Deli Chicken) White balsamic vinegar Clubhouse maple bacon Clubhouse roasted red garlic Clubhouse garlic plus Chili garlic sauce (optional) Splenda (optional) Other Veggies (optional) (We used onions and mushrooms) Instructions: Take romaine lettuce, rinse, and cut end off to separate lettuce leaves. In frying pan, add your meat, veggies and any spices and dressing of your choice. Cook meat until well done. To serve, take lettuce leaf and add meat mixture inside and enjoy! You can add spicy mustard or sriracha to the bottom of the lettuce cup before you add the meat mixture. Mix meat mixture until spices and panko are evenly spread. Split meat mixture into 6 equal parts. Cut cheese into 6 pieces and surround by meat mixture. Make sure cheese is well covered.   • Butternut Squash Soup

    Original Air Date: December 9th 2019 In this video, we show you a recipe we've been using for years but replaced point-heavy ingredients with lower point options. You would be surprised how velvety and smooth this creamy butternut squash soup turns out to be! Ingredients: One Butternut Squash Clubhouse Garlic Plus Clubhouse Roasted Red Pepper Garlic Clubhouse Maple Bacon Trade Joe's Chili Lime Parsley Chili Pepper Flakes (Optional) 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic 1/2 Onion (Diced) 4 Cups Chicken Broth (900mL) 1/4 Cup Low Carb Sugar Free Maple Syrup 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt Instructions: Mix the butternut squash, garlic and your choice of spices in a bowl and then spread out on a baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 40-50 minutes until brown and done. In a soup pot, spray it with olive oil. Add the chopped onion and cook on med-hi heat. Add garlic plus and roasted red pepper spice to taste and then add the cooked squash. Lower the heat to med-low. Add two cup of chicken broth. Add the parsley and cinnamon. Simmer for 20 minutes.  It will be very thick. Once cooked and cooled, add the rest of the carton of broth and the yogurt. Mix well then scoop into a blender and blend until smooth.
