A delightful blend of almond flour, maple syrup, nut butter, and maple crunch granola, offering a satisfying crunch. Optionally enhanced with chocolate chips, perfect for a wholesome snack or sweet ending to any meal.

Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup nut butter
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
3 tbsp Jean-Luc’s granola
Optional: 2 tbsp chocolate chips of any flavor
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium-sized bowl, combine almond flour, maple syrup, nut butter, salt, Maple-Crunch granola, and optional chocolate chips.
Mix all ingredients well until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 10-12 balls and place them on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
Flatten each ball slightly with the palm of your hand.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
Allow the cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
