✅Here’s the breakdown and what’s included:

✅ Roundtrip airfare from Toronto to Rome, including 1 checked bag, 1 carry-on and 1 personal item

✅ 7 nights of hotel accommodations in various hotels across Italy

✅ Breakfast daily at the hotel

✅ Daily activities and private guided excursions, as outlined in the itinerary below

✅ All transfers, bus and train travel across Italy

❌What is NOT included:

❌ Meals and beverages outside of breakfast. Lunch and dinner will be your responsibility, although there may be some optional group dinners if you wish to participate.

❌ Additional excursions and activities you choose to add outside of the included itinerary

❌ City and tourist taxes

❌ Tipping and gratuities

❌ Travel insurance

✈️ Important Airfare Information

The advertised trip price includes airfare booked as part of our group flight reservation from Toronto. Seats are assigned through the group booking process and specific or preferred seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.

If choosing your own seat is important to you, we’re happy to provide a separate individual airfare quote. Please note that individually booked airfare may change the total cost of your trip.

Want to fly from a different airport, arrive in Italy early or stay longer after the tour? Absolutely! We can provide a custom airfare quote based on your travel plans. Any difference in airfare will be reflected in your final trip price.

Depart Toronto – April 10th 2027

Air Canada flight departs Toronto at 7:45pm. Overnight transatlantic flight. Arrives in Rome at 10:20am. 

Depart Venice – April 17 2027

Home flight departs Venice at 6:55am. Arrives in Brussels at 8:40am. Small layover. 

The Depart Brussels at 9:55am, arriving in Toronto at 11:50am.

👟 Important: Activity & Mobility Requirements

This is an active, multi-city European trip. Guests should be comfortable with significant walking, including uneven streets, stairs and busy sightseeing days.

We’ll also be changing hotels throughout the trip, and guests must be able to manage their own luggage, including getting it to and from hotel rooms and transportation.

​

Because of the pace and physical nature of the itinerary, this trip may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility limitations.
