Hi, my name is Susan and I live in Oshawa Ontario and this is my first time doing kickstart and would like an accountability buddy.

I am using this exactly as the name says a kickstart to a more healthy and wholesome lifestyle. I have been in active for so long and I’m done with that. I want to be healthy.. looking for somebody that’s positive, kind and understands the struggle going from being inactive to active and making good healthy choices.

Willing to buddy up with anyone from a beginner to a pro!
