This special Orientation Chat is designed to help you feel confident, supported, and ready as you begin KickStart Winter 2026. Jean-Luc and Nick will walk through the key tools, routines, and expectations that make KickStart work — from daily tracking and commitments to using the community for accountability and motivation.
If you’re new, this is your roadmap. If you’re returning, it’s the perfect reset to tighten up your routines and start strong from Day 1.

We’ll be joined by Sylvie Falardeau, a cooking and nutrition teacher and Tupperware Director, who will lead a short Kitchen Organization 101 segment. Sylvie will share simple, practical tips on organizing your kitchen, keeping produce fresher longer, and setting up systems that support meal prep and healthy routines from Day 1.
