  • Spaghetti Squash Turkey Meatloaf

    Original Air Date: October 12th 2018 In this video, we share our recipe for our Turkey Meatloaf stuffed inside a spaghetti squash. Add our 0 point marinara sauce (https://www.wwgays.com/home/marinara-sauce) and you have a delicious meal that serves up to 4 people! Points: 14 Points [Rounded Up] (Serves 4) Ingredients: Squash: 1 Spaghetti Squash Clubhouse Garlic Plus Clubhouse Garlic & Roasted Red Pepper Clubhouse Parmesan & Garlic Meatloaf: 454g of Extra Lean Ground Turkey 1/2 Cup of Panko Breadcrumbs (3 Points) 1/2 Cup of Nutritional Yeast (2 Points) 1/2 Cup of Homemade Baked Quinoa (3 Points) 1 Egg Minced Garlic Paste Clubhouse Sriracha & Lime Clubhouse Garlic Plus Clubhouse Garlic & Roasted Red Pepper Clubhouse Parmesan & Garlic Onion Powder Garlic Powder Pepper 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (6 Points - Optional) Instructions: Preheat oven to 450F. Take spaghetti squash cut it in half and remove the seeds and flatten the bottom by slicing part of the outer shell. Season the squash to taste. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove squash from the oven and pierce the flesh with a fork. Take the tomato sauce and coat the bottom of the squash with a thin layer of the sauce. In a bowl, take the ground turkey and add one egg, bread crumbs, nutritional yeast, quinoa and spices of your choice and mix well. Take the meat and stuff the sauced squash and make sure it covers to the edge of the squash. Cook for 30 minutes. Remove squash from oven and take more sauce and coat the top with a generous amount. Points: 39 Points (For Entire Recipe) Ingredients: 3 Ripe Bananas (Mashed) 1/2 Cup of Greek Yogurt 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar Splenda (24 Points) 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Apple Sauce 1/2 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour (6 Points) 3/4 Cup of White Flour (9 Points) 1/2 Tsp of Salt 1 1/2 Tsp of Baking Powder Instructions: Take bananas and mash them in a bowl. Add all other ingredients to the bananas. Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into mini muffin tins that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake in oven at 325F for 25 min or until done. This versatile recipe can be used to created various flavoured desserts and can be combined with fruit for a 0 point treat! Ingredients 1 Package of Sugar Free Jell-O 1 Container (908g) of Greek Yogurt Olive oil spray 1 Tbsp Gay Lea Low Fat Whip Cream (Optional) Fresh Fruit Instructions: Take a microwave-safe bowl and add yogurt and jello mixture. Mix contents well in a bowl using a whisk. Microwave for 1-1/2 minutes then stir and microwave for 2 more minutes Put in a pie plate that has been sprayed with vegetable spray. Spread out the mixture until even and smooth. Chill for 3 hours in the refrigerator. You can add light whip cream for 1 pt and fresh strawberries. Points: 💚💙💜 (0 Points) Ingredien 7 Fresh Tomatoes Cut Into Cubes 1 Can of Aylmers diced Tomatoes (Optional) 2 Jalapeno Peppers (Optional) Tomato Paste 2 Carrots (Optional) 1 Broccoli Crown (Optional) 1/3 Of A Cauliflower (Optional) 2 Sweet Peppers (Optional) 1/2 Onion Garlic Powder Clubhouse Italiano 1 Bay Leaf Onion Powder Clubhouse Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic Clubhouse Garlic & Herb Clubhouse Parmesan & Herb Olive Oil Spray 2 Tbsp Of White Sugar Splenda Instructions: Cut up all roasting vegetables into cubes (use any vegetables you wish, exclude onion, garlic, tomatoes and jalapeno pepper). Put all prepared vegetables on cookie sheet to roast and spray with olive oil. Put cookie sheet in oven at 425F and cook for about 30 minutes. Dice onions, garlic, tomatoes and jalapeno peppers and add to large sauce pan. Add a can of diced tomatoes and spices and a little Splenda or sugar. Add roasted vegetables and simmer for 1 to 2 hours. Once cooked, remove from heat and let cool. Once cooled, puree in blender for smooth consistency. Mixture will be a little sticky. Put on floury surface and divide ball into 2. Roll out each ball until it is a little larger than the pizza pans. Place in pizza pans (with dough hanging over the edge of the pan). Take a cheese string and divide it up until you have enough strings to place around the pan. Fold the dough over to the cheese. Use 0 point marinara sauce (see recipe), then use whichever toppings you would like. (Add points) Cook in oven for 20 minutes at 400F. For all you sushi lovers out there, this easy recipe allows you to have sushi to your hearts content! Points: 3 Points Per Roll Ingredients: Sushi: Nori Wrap Cooked Chicken [cut into thin strips] 1/2 Cup Quinoa (3 Points) [recipe: https://www.wwgays.com/home/oven-baked-quinoa] Carrots [cut into thin strips] Cucumber [cut into thin strips] Spinach Sauce: Soy Sauce Sriracha Wasabi (1 Point per Tbsp) Instructions: Spread out a nori wrap. Add cooked quinoa and spread out on the wrap; leaving 1/ 2 “ to 1” strip around the outside. Pat the quinoa down. Put spinach on one end of the wrap then add carrot strips and cucumber strips (or any other veggies you want to use). Add chicken strips on top. Use a Bamboo Wrap (covered with saran) [can get purchased at Asian Store] Put the nori wrap on top of the bamboo wrap. Using the bamboo wrap, roll nori wrap in a roll and squeeze tight. When tightly rolled, wet the edge of the nori wrap and seal. Cut rolled nori wrap into 8 pieces. Put on a plate and add a bowl with sauce – can be soy sauce with sriracha or wasabi or anything else you might want.     This easy recipe is healthy yet super filling! You can swap out any vegetables you like and make it to your own taste! Ingredients: 1 Cup of Cooked Quinoa Pre-Cooked Chicken Breasts or Tofu (Optional) Stir Fry Sauce: Fresh Onion (1/4) 1/2 of a Peach 2 Tbsp of Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp of Sriracha 2 Tbsp of Chicken Broth 1 Clove of Fresh Garlic Stir Fry Vegetables: Halved Snow Peas Edamame Fresh Corn Carrots Instructions: Prepare quinoa [see recipe] Prepare chicken breast or tofu [see recipe] Grab all stir fry sauce ingredients and mix in food processor until a puree, set aside Chop up one of the cooked chicken breasts In a frying pan sprayed with cooking spray, fry over medium heat: the edamame, carrots and corn Add some mango spice and garlic plus to taste. Add a bit of water to steam them up. Add the cauliflower and then the snow peas. Add the puree. Add the chicken breast. Points: 19 Points (Or Less) Ingredients: Salsa [Recipe: https://www.wwgays.com/home/salsa-0-points] Yogurt Dip: Greek Yogurt (2 Cups) 1 Packet of Taco Seasoning Guacamole (11 Points): 1 Avocado Greek Yogurt (1/4 Cup) 1 Package of Guacamole Spices Optional Cheese (8 Points or Less - Brand Dependent): Mozzarella Cheese (60g or 1/2 Cup) Instructions: In a bowl, mix the 2 cups of Greek yogurt with an Old El Paso Fiesta Taco Seasoning (or any taco seasoning). In a second bowl, mix one avocado with 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt and 2 tbsp guacamole dip mix. Grab serving bowl and layer the taco seasoned yogurt, followed by the guacamole over the seasoned yogurt, then layer the salsa over that and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
