    Original Air Date: May 6th 2019 In this video we show you how we make our low point spring rolls! You get two for 1 point! Very easy and quick to make and so versatile because you can change the ingredients to fit any occasion. Points: 1 Point Per 2 Spring Rolls Ingredients: Spring Rolls Wrappers Beet Slaw Mix (PC Brand or Others) Chicken (Optional) 2 Tbsp of Soya Sauce 1/2 Tbsp of Splenda Brown Sugar Minced Garlic Clubhouse Roasted Red Pepper Garlic Powder Trader Joe's 21 Seasonings Instructions: In a frying pan, saute the slaw, paste, spices, chicken, soy sauce and brown sugar until it is cooked down. Take a wonton wrapper and fill with slaw mixture. Brush edges of wonton wrapper with water. Fold over two opposite corners and then roll up the other corner to form a roll. Put in air fryer. A very simple recipe but our fans have asked us this many times and we thought we may as well share how we prepare our main staple every week. Points: 0 Points Ingredients: 6 to 10 Chicken Breasts 2 Tsps of Chicken Bovril Frank's Red Hot Sauce (or Sriracha) Clubhouse Maple Bacon Trader Joe's 21 Seasonings Clubhouse Garlic Plus Clubhouse Roasted Red Pepper Garlic Instructions: In bowl, add chicken and all other ingredients (spices can be interchanged with your own favourite spices). Mix well until chicken is coated. Put chicken in a non stick pan and sprinkle with about 1/4 cup of water. Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 30-40 min until chicken is done. Points: 1 Point Per Serving (Recipe Serves 2) Ingredients: Extra Lean Ground Turkey Mashed Cauliflower [recipe: https://www.wwgays.com/home/mashed-cauliflower, we swapped the cream cheese with Nordica Smooth Cottage Cheese] 2 Corn On The Cob or 1 Can 4 Tsps Beef Bovril Clubhouse Maple Bacon Clubhouse Garlic Plus Clubhouse Roasted Red Pepper Garlic Herbe de Provence (optional) Cinnamon 1 Tbsp Kernels White Cheddar Seasoning (optional) Epicure 3 Onion Spice (optional) Avocado Spay 1/4 Tsp Sriracha Instructions: Prepare mashed cauliflower using given recipe. In a frying pan, sear the ground turkey until browned. Add Bovril, spices and corn. Fry until cooked through. Divide the turkey mixture and put in the bottom of cast iron skillet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Add the mashed cauliflower and spread it over the meat mixture. Top with maple bacon spice. Sprinkle with some cheddar popcorn spread or low point cheddar. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes. Chop the jalapeño with some garlic in a hand chopper making them as small as possible. Split dough into 1 point portions. Flatten out one of the pieces of dough. Add a pinch of the jalapeño/garlic mixture and knead it into the dough. Roll out dough into a long piece that you will tie into a knot. Repeat with all the others. Spread each knot onto a cookie sheet. Spray with avocado oil and sprinkle with club house parmesan spice. Bake at 400F for around 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cook until spinach is wilted. Lower heat Add yogurt, milk, and spices. Bring to a boil, turn down heat and add chicken. Heat through. Usually serve it with 6 points (1 cup) worth of quinoa.
