Roasted Vegetable Medley

In this recipe we showcase a recipe we use very often as a side to chicken or turkey. We show you how we make our roasted beet, cauliflower and carrot medley. A very good option for those low point meals since it is 0 points. What vegetables do you like roasted?
Ingredients:
Beets
Carrots
Cauliflower
Olive Oil Spray
2 tbsp Minced Garlic
Garlic Powder
Clubhouse Garlic Plus
Clubhouse Roasted Pepper Garlic
Clubhouse Parmesan & Herbs
Sriracha
Basil
Instructions:
Note: You can choose any of your favorite vegetables like brussel sprouts or broccoli.
Take all of the vegetables and diced them into small cubes.
Put the vegetables in a bowl and mix it up.Â
Spray with olive oil and add sriracha to taste.Â
Include 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, and all spices (to taste).
Mix well.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet.Â
Bake at 400F for 25 minuntes
Pull out of oven, stir the medley.
Roast another 20 minutes or until cooked.
