Do you like desserts? Did you know chickpea can make a delicious chickpea vanilla blondie? This recipe shows you how, and it's so easy you will want to have it again and again!
1 can of chickpeas rinsed (hulled optional)
1/2 cup almond butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract pinch of salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder almond slices to top
In a food processor add all the ingredients and blend until you get a smooth batter.
Pour batter into a 9x11 baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and spread it out evenly.
Bake at 350deg for 25 minutes
