No prior step experience is necessary for Step Basic – it’s designed for beginners looking to have fun while getting active. Step Advanced is a slightly more challenging option, but it’s still accessible for all, even without a step. Step Pro is for our experienced steppers but still accessible to all.  All our classes are characterized by low-impact, high-cardio exercises guaranteed to make you break a sweat.
