    Original Air Date: May 28th 2019 In this video we make quinoa tots! This amazing appetizer is delicious and so filling. Served with a marinara sauce, you will have your guests wanting more (ours did!). Ingredients: 2 Cups of Cooked Quinoa 2 Cups of Panko Clubhouse Parmesan Garlic Clubhouse Garlic Plus Sriracha Garlic Powder 2 Eggs Instructions: Mix all together in a bowl. Spices are to taste. Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray. Roll into small balls and fill each muffin tin slot. Bake at 400F for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce . Ingredients: 454g of Extra Lean Turkey * 1/2 Cup Of Panko Bread Crumbs 1/4 Cup Of Nutritional Yeast Clubhouse Roasted Red Pepper Clubhouse Garlic Plus Clubhouse Sriracha Lime 1 Egg 2 Tsp Of Beef Bovril 2 Tsp of Chicken Bovril * We know that not everyone has access to 99% lean; however, we've used 95% the entire time and we still each lost 100lbs... Instructions: In a mixing bowl, add ground turkey followed by all other ingredient Mix well in the bowl until all ingredients are well mixed.   • Pasta Carbonara

    Original Air Date: March 25th 2020 In this video, we show you how we make our own version of Pasta Carbonara! This meal is very easy to make and feels so decadent but is low on calories and high in taste. Ingredients: 2 Slices of Turkey Bacon 1 Cup of Quinoa Penne Pasta 1 Cup of Edamame 1 Small Container of Spinach 1 Cup of Broccoli Florets 1 Diced Cooked Chicken Breast ¾ Cup Greek Yogurt 2 Wedges of Light Laughing Cow Cheese Clubhouse Maple Bacon Spice Clubhouse Garlic plus Chili Flakes (Optional) Epicure Mac and Cheese Powder Clubhouse Parmesan & Herbs Instructions: Take bacon and cut into small pieces. Bring water to a boil in a cooking pot. Add quinoa pasta to boiling water (use directions for cooking) When pasta is almost done, add the broccoli. Cook until the pasta is done and the broccoli is bright green. Drain. Set Aside. In a large frying pan, add bacon. Cook the bacon until desired crispiness. Add the edamame. Add all spices except Parmesan & Herb. Once the bacon is crispy add spinach and chicken and cook until the spinach is wilted. Add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the meat mixture. Stir then add the yogurt, Laughing Cow cheese and the Epicure powder. Stir until combined and the cheese has melted. Top with the Parmesan & Herb spice and serve immediately. We have to thank a friend of ours for this idea but we feel it is a game changer for those of us who would like to include cream cheese in our every day foods. Ingredients: 1/2 Cup of Fat Free Greek Yogurt Cheese Cloth Spices of your choosing Instructions: Line a bowl with cheese cloth that has been folded into four layers. Mix the spices with the yogurt add the this mixture to the cheese cloth bowl and cover. Refrigerate for 2 days. Drain excess liquid every few hours. Top with low-cal whipped cream and you have a dessert that will satisfy any sweet tooth! Makes 1 personal-sized cobbler - multiply ingredients below to create additional servings Ingredients: 1 Peach 2 or 3 Strawberries (or use raspberries or blueberries) 1/2 Tsp Splenda Brown Sugar 1 Tbsp of Plain Greek Yogurt 1 Tbsp of Sugar Free French Vanilla Syrup [we used Cafe Plus] 1/3 Cup of Gogo Quinoa Flakes Instructions: Slice and dice the peach and strawberries into a bowl. Mix in all the other ingredients. Spray individual cooking dish with nonstick spray. Evenly fill dish with the mixture. Bake at 375F for 25 to 30 minutes. You can add whip cream to top once cooked.     Original Air Date: December 19th 2020 We LOVE cheese sticks and have been experimenting with so many recipe ideas for over a year until today! We figured it out! Want to know how to make these tasty cheese sticks? Watch the video and let us know what you think! Enjoy! [Makes 16] Ingredients: 16 Wonton Wrappers 1 Egg 4 Cheese Strings Clubhouse Everything Bagel Seasoning Clubhouse Italiano 1/3 Cup Panko Water Note: We do not count the egg or panko as both are spread between 16 different cheese sticks. If you eat them all yourself, I would add the extra points based on your plan. Instructions: Cut cheese strings into 4 equal pieces by first cutting the cheese string at the middle and then cutting each half lengthwise. Lay wonton on a flat surface and lay cheese string on top. Dab water on the outer edges of the wonton wrapper. Wrap cheese string with the wonton by folding in the sides and rolling until wonton is closed. In a bowl, whisk the egg until well beaten. In a separate bowl, combine panko and spices. Dip the wrapped cheese string in the egg mixture and then roll in the panko. Place 8 of them in the air fryer and cook for 4 to 5 minutes at 200F. For those wondering, we preferred the Acti-Fry cooked ones over the oven cooked chicken balls :) Ingredients: Cooked Chicken Breast (Cubed) Two Ingredient Dough [recipe: https://www.wwgays.com/home/two-ingredient-pizza-dough] Instructions: Divide dough in half. Using the half, cut into 10 equal pieces. Roll dough till large enough to cover a cube of chicken. Spray each chicken ball with avocado oil. Ingredients: Two Ingredient Dough (recipe) Blackberries Blueberries Strawberries 15ml Of Vanilla Sugar Free Syrup 15ml Of Caramel Sugar Free Syrup Cinnamon Flour (To Roll Out Dough) Instructions: Use half of the two ingredient dough recipe. Split into 6 equal pieces. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Roll each piece into flat rounds and put in a muffin tin. In a small bowl take fresh fruit of your choice, options: blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. To fruit, add vanilla syrup, caramel syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Add a sprinkle of flour to help thicken the fruit and sauce. Spoon into the tart shells until full. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes. A very good option for those low point meals since it is 0 points. What vegetables do you like roasted? Ingredients: Beets Carrots Cauliflower Olive Oil Spray 2 tbsp Minced Garlic Garlic Powder Clubhouse Garlic Plus Clubhouse Roasted Pepper Garlic Clubhouse Parmesan & Herbs Sriracha Basil Instructions: Note: You can choose any of your favorite vegetables like brussel sprouts or broccoli. Take all of the vegetables and diced them into small cubes. Put the vegetables in a bowl and mix it up. Spray with olive oil and add sriracha to taste. Include 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, and all spices (to taste). Mix well. Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 25 minuntes Pull out of oven, stir the medley.     Original Air Date: March 17th 2020 Ingredients: 4 Eggs Turkey Pepperoni Galbani Pizza Light Mozzarella Clubhouse Garlic Plus Clubhouse Maple Bacon Clubhouse Roaster Red Pepper Garlic Spinach Olive Oil Spray Instructions: Spray small frying pan with olive oil spray. Cook the spinach on low heat Add spices to taste. Cook until wilted. Spray 4 cups of a muffin tin with the olive oil spray. Line each cup with 5 pepperoni each. Add some of the cooked spinach to each cup. Crack an egg in each cup. Top with 1/8 cup of the cheese on each. Bake at 375 deg for 25 min or until the yolk is done to the way you like it. Spray the zucchini with olive oil spray coating each slice. Add the rest of ingredients and spices and coat each slice. Grill on barbecue for a few minutes (until grill marks appear).
