WW Cruise Day 7: La Palma

In this video we start the day by attending some workshops. First up was a workshop discussing stress led by Laura, followed by a presentation by Ute Gerwig, SVP of Product and Program for WW, where we learnt about Freestyle and why it works! We then disembarked in La Palma Spain where we took a vintage train ride to the town of Soller. We end the day by presenting our story to the WW Cruise attendees and spend one last night dancing the night away!
