In this video, we find a way to make a peach cobbler using low-cal ingredients! The entire dessert is low-cal and fills you with warm fruity goodness. Top with low-cal whipped cream and you have a dessert that will satisfy any sweet tooth!
Makes 1 personal-sized cobbler - multiply ingredients below to create additional servings
2 or 3 Strawberries (or use raspberries or blueberries)
1/2 Tsp Splenda Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp of Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp of Sugar Free French Vanilla Syrup [we used Cafe Plus]
1/3 Cup of Gogo Quinoa Flakes
Slice and dice the peach and strawberries into a bowl.
Mix in all the other ingredients.
Spray individual cooking dish with nonstick spray.
Evenly fill dish with the mixture.
Bake at 375F for 25 to 30 minutes.
You can add whip cream to top once cooked.
