In this video we share our recipe for 0 point marinara sauce. We use this sauce on various foods including pasta and as pizza sauce. The recipe is very interchangeable and can be modified to your taste!

Ingredien

  • 7 Fresh Tomatoes Cut Into Cubes

  • 1 Can of Aylmers diced Tomatoes (Optional)

  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers (Optional)

  • Tomato Paste

  • 2 Carrots (Optional)

  • 1 Broccoli Crown (Optional)

  • 1/3 Of A Cauliflower (Optional)

  • 2 Sweet Peppers (Optional)

  • 1/2 Onion

  • Garlic Powder

  • Clubhouse Italiano

  • 1 Bay Leaf

  • Onion Powder

  • Clubhouse Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic

  • Clubhouse Garlic & Herb

  • Clubhouse Parmesan & Herb

  • Olive Oil Spray

  • 2 Tbsp Of White Sugar Splenda

Instructions:

  1. Cut up all roasting vegetables into cubes (use any vegetables you wish, exclude onion, garlic, tomatoes and jalapeno pepper).

  2. Put all prepared vegetables on cookie sheet to roast and spray with olive oil.

  3. Put cookie sheet in oven at 425F and cook for about 30 minutes.

  4. Dice onions, garlic, tomatoes and jalapeno peppers and add to large sauce pan.

  5. Add a can of diced tomatoes and spices and a little Splenda or sugar.

  6. Add roasted vegetables and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.

  7. Once cooked, remove from heat and let cool.

  8. Once cooled, puree in blender for smooth consistency.
