In this video we show you how we make our super easy hummus recipe. This version uses Greek yogurt to replace tahini and is 3 points for the entire dish! What do you like in your hummus?

Points: 3 Points

Ingredients:

  • Can of Chick Peas

  • 1 Cup of Greek Yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp of Minced Garlic

  • Minced Peppers (Jalapeno, Scotch Bonnet) [Optional]

  • Juice of 1 Lemon

  • 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil

  • Sprinkle of Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Take chick peas, yogurt, garlic, peppers, lemon juice and black pepper and put all ingredients into a blender.

  2. Turn blender on to a low setting.

  3. Add olive oil and blend until smooth.
