In this video we show you how we make our super easy hummus recipe. This version uses Greek yogurt to replace tahini and is 3 points for the entire dish! What do you like in your hummus?

Ingredients:
Can of Chick Peas
1 Cup of Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp of Minced Garlic
Minced Peppers (Jalapeno, Scotch Bonnet) [Optional]
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Sprinkle of Black Pepper
Instructions:
Take chick peas, yogurt, garlic, peppers, lemon juice and black pepper and put all ingredients into a blender.
Turn blender on to a low setting.
Add olive oil and blend until smooth.
