How We Make Our Caramel/Chicago Popcorn
Original Air Date: April 25th 2019

Ingredients:
4 Cups of Popped Popcorn
1/2 Tbsp of Gay Lea Light Spreadable Butter
1 Tsp Brown Sugar Splenda
2 Tsps of Kernels White Cheddar Popcorn
Pink Himalayan Salt
Instructions:
In a small microwave safe bowl, add butter and brown sugar.
Microwave for 30 seconds.
Pull out carefully and stir until well mixed.
In a large bowl, spray popcorn with avocado spray.
Optional: Add Kernels White Cheddar popcorn seasoning.
Pour the butter mixture over the popcorn.
Sprinkle salt to taste.
Mix until coated.
