Chicken Fried Quinoa

In this video we make our first of two “Chinese Food” dishes: Chicken Fried Quinoa! This replacement to chicken fried rice is a winner and tastes amazing! Use our quinoa recipe to bake your quinoa and then use it to make this!

Ingredients:
Chicken (1 Breast Per Person) [recipe: https://www.wwgays.com/post/how-we-bake-our-chicken]
Quinoa (1 Cup Per Person) [recipe: https://www.wwgays.com/home/oven-baked-quinoa]
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Carrot
1/2 Cup of Shelled Edemame
Epicure Teriyaki Spice
Clubhouse Lemon Pepper
Trader Joe's 21 Spices (Or Your Own Spices)
Egg (1 Per Person)
2 Tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Sauce
Instructions:
Spray skillet with nonstick spray.
Fry garlic, then add carrots, shelled edemame (or peas).
Continue to fry until carrots are cooked.
Add spices and cooked chicken.
Heat until mixed and heated through.
Put into a bowl and set aside.
Beat 2 eggs and fry in frying pan, chopping as they cook.
Once eggs are cooked, add quinoa (or cauliflower rice) and heat through.
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Put everything together and serve.
