
Carrot Poutine

In this video, we share our recipe for Nick's absolute favourite food, Poutine! The twist? We use carrots instead of potatoes!

Ingredients:
Approx 5 Carrots (OR More)
1/2 Cup of St-Hubert Poutine Gravy (2 Points)
30g St. Albert Cheese Curds (3 Points)
Spices (Cajun or others... be creative!)
Instructions:
Take St-Hubert poutine gravy and warm up in a sauce pan.
Peel carrots and cut into fry size bites.
Spray with olive oil spray.
Cook for about 1/2 hour in an air fryer (or oven for 45 minutes).
Dole out a good size portion of fries into a bowl once cooked.
Pour 1/2 of the gravy over the carrots.
Add the cheese curds and then the second 1/4” cup of gravy to melt.
