Body Image and Show And Tell

In this quick tip, we talk about body image and how we feel about our own bodies after our transformation. We also take it a step further by removing our shirts and showing you all the effects on our bodies and the extra skin we both have. We are both super nervous about releasing this video and being this vulnerable but we feel it is something we need to do to be as honest as possible with you our fans.
