We may be taking a week off but we are NOT leaving you empty handed. Tomorrow morning at 7AM, the abotti Step Christmas Remix video will be released on YouTube (link below). All 6 songs you’ve been doing all week so you can still do step until we are back on Saturday January 1st with an all new REMIX!! We hope we will see all of you at 10AM ET on January 1st so we can kick off the new year in fitness!

We want to thank you all for letting us make our dream come true. When the pandemic began we had a dream of teaching our own step class. A low impact dance class on a step that anyone could do. Antonietta heard our idea last Christmas and made it come true. We now have a loyal following of steppers and we enjoy being creative with you all!
